Other Game: Digimon World 2

Anyone else played this before??? It came out for PS1...I use an emulator now of course, but it was a fun game to play most of the time. Just sucked leveling digimon up....

I never played this one, but the first Digimon World was very good. I loved watching the Digimon anime too; much better than Pokemon IMO.

I never understood how to play the first Digimon World game....it was confusing for me....Couldn't figure it out haha

DUDE, I PLAYED DW1 AND IT WAS SOOOOO FUN! It was literally so fun. I had this mate who would come over and we would do sleepovers and just flipping spend the night training a pet up just to see what it digivolved into. What a fun game. I remember when I beat flipping greymon at the start, I screamed and rang my mate up, who also screamed. What sucked though was when your digimon died, that sucked bigtime.

The dungeon crawling gamestyle was too strange for me! DW1&3 were amazing though!

I played the game. The leveling system sucks. It was a pain to re-level your digimon back up for 2-3 more levels and then doing over again via "DNA evolution".

Using an emulator was a lot easier if your using cheats with by passing their max level so you don't have to deal with the whole DNA thing.

Kinda jealous. The only problem I had was using the mac emulator that didn't allow you to put cheats on it...
