Skype message with my username in link

I just got this message again so I'll post this here.

If you received something like this don't click it, it's malware/spam.

    Check this.

They talk about a legacy password, from when Microsoft took over Skype.
Apparently you can login with the new password you set and with the one you had when Skype was independent.

Change your passwords regularly and don't reuse them.

    Edit:
I just received a new link

Yikes. That's pretty messed up. I switched over to Discord recently. Don't really care much for Skype these days. Thanks for the heads up though.

And idk how much this'd help but you guys can add

to your hosts file. Ofc the best thing to do is to NOT click that link.

For the record apparently my Skype has been hit and was sending out messages to people. If I sent you a message today? Presumably with a link please don't open it. I haven't been on skype or my laptop since the weekend so I don't know how/why/when my account was bothered.

Yeah, it's The Plague going around. Don't click on any random links sent by users.
