Well, an egg has to come from a chicken...
But a chicken has to come from an egg.

Since im Christian, I think its the chicken, but idk with you guys.

The reason this question is unanswerable is because it implies a "first" at all.

The lineage is infinitely long, and you will never be able to find a beginning. At some times, it may seem like you find an answer, but that answer is only ever correct to a certain degree of accuracy. Hence, scientific field theory.

If you don't understand it.. think of Adam and Eve. They had a beginning, right? Well, they would have had parents to have been born..
