    Probably 90kg ish, not sure. I can chest press 40's quite easily, however have been out of the gym for about 3 weeks now due to a wrist injury. Sucks really

    I was in weight class 3 years ago in high school and the most i can do it 110, ( probably cant do that now lol )
    My friend & I were competed, she did 120
    I don't work out my upper body, i work my legs out, now with that, most ive done is 235.

    I don't understand why girls do weights :/ But I am impressed, 50kg for a girl on the bench press is good. I know guys who can't even do that.
