# Thread: Help on Logarithmic Functions

1. ## Help on Logarithmic Functions

I'll give anyone a rep if they can answer this for me + explain each step.

log P = log P0 - c log(t+1)

solve for P

Thanks ;-;

2. lop P = log Po - clog(t+1)
log P = log Po - log(t+1)^c Move coefficient to exponent.
log P = log Po/((t+1)^c) Subtract logs = divide.
P = Po/((t+1)^c) If 2 logs are equal then the thing you take log of are equal.
I think this is how it works.
