    Frozen for my own protection

    Literally this is the third time I've been frozen, so I'm a little desensitized, but it still stings a little.
    I sent in a ticket a couple minutes ago. My account was premium, but the account I submitted the ticket on isn't.

    Anyone know how many weeks/months I'll have to wait?

    Well I did a ticket for an epic main I had and it took 3 days for tony P to reply to my ticket, I've got a ticket open now for another account and no reply yet in a week, so it varies :/ sorry for your loss though!

    Have a friend send an email to them with your username in it about you being iced. I didnt get a reply for like 2 weeks until last night when my friend did this, they replied To her 10 mins later saying she cant do anything.. then they replied me right after.

    I did say I was premium when I got frozen, but I usually find that they respond faster to an account that has premium that is sending the ticket.

    My last account was premium as well and it's been well over a month with no response.
    So I don't really have high hopes hahaha

    Shit that sucks, I hope you get it back soon! Hopefully the freezing was for a good cause, like a botched hack on your account or something, so you don't lose anything!
