    Quick UC Question

Is there a point after which TNT is no longer able to investigate a UC's legitimacy?

I ask because several months ago I got a ticket back about a side I had self-frozen over a year ago and wanted unfrozen. They said that since it had been over a year since I sent in the ticket that they didn't have enough proof that the account was mine (despite me knowing original emails, pws, pets etc) and couldn't unfreeze it. Would the same thing apply to UCs?

It would be pretty difficult to know for sure.
We already know they lie out their ass when it's convenient for them, so I'm not sure if it's possible to know for sure

I think their is a point when TNT stops caring about the UC. Like after a certain amount of time, the UC just drops off the grid and the slate is wiped clean on it

Yeah lol, they probably lied about my account so they wouldn't have to go through the work of unfreezing it (or apologizing that it took over a year for them to reply to me).

For some reason, TNT lies out of their ass all the time. I have no idea why. Are they trying to keep up some facade that they don't keep information for security reasons? They can return an account until it's up for purge - they just don't.

In my opinion pets can probably be traced back for quite some time. They ask what pets were made on the account/adopted/abandoned in tickets, so that to me there is a strong indication that there is some sort of data they have on previous owners.

Just as a follow up: there has to be some point that a pet can get past that makes them uninvestigateable (is that even a word? idk)

There was a member on charter talking about someone who claimed that one of her UCs had been stolen off their account over a year ago and she wanted him back. The charter user sent in a ticket and TNT said that their data didn't go far back enough to tell for sure who the pet originally belonged to and as far as they were concerned she could rightfully keep the pet.

If only we could know for sure how long it would take for a pet to reach that point. It'd make securing UCs a lot easier.
