    [GUIDE] A guide for Premium Members who have been Frozen

    Please note: This is not a guide on how to write a ticket, simply just basic steps to follow. I wrote this guide as I have seen it happen so many times and many don't know how to cancel the recurring Payment.

    Premium
    If you are Premium and paying through Paypal, follow these steps.
    1- Log in to PayPal with the account used for Premium
    2- Under "Profile", click My Money
    3- On the right hand side of "My Pre-approved Payments", click Update.
    4- Click on the Neopets Membership option, it should be the option with the amount you paid for Premium.
    5- Simply click "cancel"
    *No more charges for Premium"

    Next, Getting money back for your last Payment.
    - Click https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/we...fef61ab7e9fe63
    - Find the transaction ID for the last payment (Must have been within the last 45 days)
    -Simply state that your subscription length wasn't met and you didn't receive the service you paid for.
    - You will have to wait around 20 days but you should get your payment back as Neopets does not respond.
