Pre-marinated Steak - Fry, Broil, other?

So I'm pretty lazy with making food. I used to make my steaks by pan frying them, but that takes much more effort than broiling them while they're still frozen. When I have friends over, I'll defrost and fry them up with olive oil.

Are there any other ways to make my steak? I have a George Foreman grill but haven't even touched it since moving in a month ago.

I am really craving a mean steak.

What temperature and how long do you usually bake them at?

I broil mine for about 8-10 minutes, flip, then broil for another 8-10 minutes while they're frozen. They usually end up being too well done, but that's what I get for being lazy.

The current one has to be in for 70 minutes, but usually like 40-50. I've never done frozen's though.
