Is there a working yahoo unreg checker?

Anybody know of anything similar to Zach's hotmail checker, only for yahoo?
I have a few on my laptop, but they seem to not be working right now.
Or rather, they seem to be working, but it looks like they stop after a certain amount.
I'm assuming the way it is checking is via the page where you get a captcha if you check too many usernames.
Anybody know a fix for something like this?
When I originally went through my unregs, I save all the emails that came back with neo accounts attached to them, because I figured they might go unreg eventually. Now I have a little over 100k emails with neo accounts attached (hopefully not too many are purged/being purged), and I need to see if they are unreg

I have one that does 50 per IP. I don't have my rig right now though.

Bleh, that's what I was afraid of
I thought that yahoo was the one that you could only check so many per IP.
With 100k, that would literally take FOREVER!
