if worst comes to worst and the account hasn't been on TNT's radar for illegit activity, you could use the report abuse form to send in a report that its been compromised and then it should get frozen for protection and then you can fill in a ticket and/or email them directly at (you need an account to see links) and post on their facebook a lot. it sucks but i had to do that once and it took about a week to get my main account back.

Just think clearly. Your only chance is to open a ticket and have tnt ice the the account before it gets looted and pillaged. Then provide proof it was your account. Should be easy since you have had it for 2 years now and supposedly have premium. Mean you have 2 years of history to provide them plus your full credit card number.

Hope you're able to get your account back, though! If you do open up a ticket, slap them over on Facebook too. They seem to actually be pretty good about answering messages they get over there. The two times so far that I've sent them a message about tickets, they got back to me within a week to let me know that they had assigned someone (or someone had already been assigned) to my ticket.
