Although Tony.P is the worst one imo, he at least actually responds to the tickets.
Every other support staff usually sends me a automated message & then closes ticket. (talking about you Rico.S)

What kind of tickets is Rico responding to for you? I've only ever had him on a ticket about a game issue.
They are typically game issues. I would have to go back and check them thoroughly, though. I was never rewarded trophies for things, and he basically told me to fuck off multiple times and that I would get them when everyone else that was supposed to get them would.
I still haven't been rewarded, and they were legitly acquired :/ It's been months.
I dunno, he's just a sack of shit in my opinion, and completely worthless as support staff.
There are a lot of people on reddit that feel the same way about him, too.

Really? When I sent in a ticket about a game, he gave me my trophy :o This was at the end of 2014.
What IS reddit, btw? I always hear people talk about it, but I've never been on that website.

Reddit is essentially 4chan but a lot cleaner (although you can still find naughty things if you search)
It's just a forum site. I used to be afraid to post due to only hearing about it via intelligent hipster people, and being afraid they would dump on everything i said, but realized that it's just as full of idiots as a site like 4chan, 9gag or anything else could be. :p it can still be anonymous.
reddit is kind of overwhelming at first, but it gets nice if you find topics that you're truly interested in.
there's a subreddit (basically a sub-forum) for ANYTHING. And if there isn't, you can create one!

I don't need another website to browse though or I'll waste too much time on the internetI already spend way too much time online. Recently I've been trying to draw more (even though I suck) as a form of meditation to not be on the net so much...we'll see how that goes.
