I'm trying to use the application but I can't get past the CK authorization.
It says: Error. Did not login. Check usernam
so I tried and tried and I keep getting the same error. I'm putting in the correct information.
Nothing's appearing on the log

What about library files? (If you are on windows 8 then you may have to reinstall)
Also have you made the program trusted by your Antivirus software? Also if you right click>click property's> it can say unblock with a click button then just hit apply also.

I have the same issue as @(you need an account to see links) . I am running parallel 9 on a Mac with Windows XP.
@(you need an account to see links) I deleted the the program and then downloaded the program again and since have had no problems.
I also changed my password so there were no symbols helps with the program at least for me

@sf47 I have done this about 5 times already, saved a txt file with account info to the data folder and nadaz. Still stalls with the same error. I'm getting rather frustrated. It'll probably turn up that I've made a simple error somewhere.
