Yeah, I really don't think Fairygold is 13. I don't know why she'd lie about being younger than she actually is, but I find it very hard to believe that a 13yo is as articulate as she is. The way she phrases things is beyond a 13yo, clearly.
But by how she acts, I don't think she's old enough to be over 18.
My guess is she's somewhere from 15-18.
Not like it really matters, though. No matter how old she is, she's annoying as hell.

I think (by the number of times she uses the excuse) she believes it's easier to get away with stuff being young.

Does neopets still let you fax in that parental permission form? I did that when I was 10 because I didn't know how to make more email addresses to make more accounts.
