Anyone else experiencing this when logging in?

Just logged into an account that I haven't been into for a while...I can't get past the Neopets.com/Index page. Everything I click, every link I try, everything just redirects me back there.
I've tried chrome, safari, and firefox. I've tried in private browsing and regular.

Anyone else?

Try refreshing the page before filling in the login details/logging in? Might be a Captcha loop, or it is some other issue I'm not aware off...

Just tried the refresh with all 3 browsers. Still the same result. Tried on phone and desktop as well, same result on both.

Did you try using a VPN? It sounds like it could be a SP thing, a lot of people have been getting nailed by it lately.

I haven't tried a VPN- I tried on both my desktop (on my office's network) and on my phone (on data).

I can log into other accounts perfectly fine. That's the weird part.

Some accounts have been having issues with this “loop”. Stackpath just sucks lately.

Did your premium expire? If it did, then you're basically stuck in a loop because the site is unable to redirect you to the prompt where you need to choose 4 pets to make inactive

I almost guarantee that's it. The account has 6 pets on it and used to have premium.

Could you try visiting the pound directory after logging in? Or is it still trying to redirect when doing that?

Tried that too.
Tried the main pound page, the abandon page, and the transfer page. All direct back to the main page.
