I think you'd have to contact whoever did this, advertised on those pets' pet-pages.
And given what we already know they can do, they could probably do a lot more than make that account's pets into Nimmos. Like renaming, modifying stats, or even erase the pets.

Geez guys, ya'll are all REALLY far behind.
The method was patched almost immediately after the PC caught wind of it.
The *person* who did it wasn't aware that the PC watched old pets so closely.
Who would be that silly to not know that the PC watch pets like HAWKS.
Someone who doesn't actually play Neo lol.
PCers are all a bunch of losers.
Jealous of those who have nice pets and UCs, so they have to run around reporting them to knock everyone down and make them feel better about themselves.
That, and wasting hours bumping their shitty pets with shitty names' topics, trying to ripoff anyone with a nice pet. Reminds me of one time when I was 9, this rando walked up to me and asked if I wanted to trade my Base-Venusaur for his non-holo Jungle Venomoth. I wanted to slap him across the cheek right there.
If they got a job instead of sitting on PC for 5-8 hours/day, they'd have been able to buy their dream pet in half a day's wages. A couple days, tops.
