Question about being ip frozen?

Hi, I've cheated on neopets in the past with the same email I've created my new account on. I was frozen for cheating on the flash games (using AoBs). Now I' have a new account that I've had for nearly 2 weeks and do not cheat at all (I have gotten 4 trophies but I won them legitimately and they're easy to get).
Now my boyfriend has been cheating every account his made. This is his third one his on now. He uses a different email from mine, and different computer but same IP address. He doesn't go overboard with cheating like earning heaps of trophies but he does use AoBs, SS and ABing.
I have little to no association with his account, like I do not send him any NP or items and vice versa. I have sent him neomail, and he has sent me a junk item (but of course I didn't accept). If he were to get frozen what would be the likeliness that I would get frozen as well?

Same IP. Seems like they'd chain freeze you all if any of you get caught cheating again.
You should just use a proxy that way you aren't on the same IP.

If they chain freeze yes, I was chain frozen a month ago and even lost shells I hadn't cheated or associated with.

If you have ever been frozen and would like to remove all traces of your past, do the following:

1) First and foremost, change your IP. One of the main things TNT checks. Most people can do this by unplugging their internet modem (power off) for several minutes and then plugging it back in to have a different IP.

If you can't do this, then unfortunately you have to use a proxy. There are many free ones to use.

2) Clear your browser privacy settings (cookies, cache, etc.).

3) Create a new e-mail to associate with your new Neopets account.

4) Lastly, do not do what you did last time to get yourself frozen. Learn from your mistakes, become the improved and enjoy the game.

That sucks I was thinking about using a proxy, is it okay to just switch to a proxy if I have been playing with my IP address already. Would that look suspicious in anyway?

TNT has said a couple times in editorials that they don't pay attention to those unfortunately

but maybe it could help strengthen your case if you ever do get frozen? like in the ticket be like I TOLD U GUISE WE WERE ON THE SAME IP JESUS CHRIST MARIE
