I'm interested to know: What is your favorite song of ALL time?. Also, I judge people based off of the music they listen to (oops?). Haha. I think your favorite song of all time says quite a bit about you! So, yes, I am challenging you to select ONE AND ONLY ONE!
Mine is Make You Feel My Love - sung by Adele
I know she didn't write this song, or perform it originally, but the original version just doesn't hit me like her voice does. The lyrics to this song speak true to my hopeless romantic heart.
Tell me yours! I promise I will listen to everyone's.
even if it's heavy metal

Ah I love Adele! I didn't realize that wasn't her own song hehe
My fav song (Eng. version for convenience).
Though I prefer a live performance she did of this song (Japanese) with heavy piano and guitars. It's so much more haunting. Wish the sound quality of the upload were better tho. XD

Ooof favorite of all time is HARD but I think I'm going with A Dustland Fairytale by The Killers. Most songs off their first few albums are straight fire but this one always moves me the most. When I finally saw them live I teared up when they played it haha

I can definitely tell she is a wonderful performer! Even if I didn't understand ANYTHING they said! Haha. That live performance was excellent.
I can see why you like the song for sure. Kinda got distracted away from the lyrics because.... does this have ANY play off of The Outsiders???
I 400% got that vibe
I did catch that kinda! The Outsiders is a wonderful book we were forced to read in 6th grade here. I thought you'd confirm my suspicion, but nonetheless I Googled it and am not the only one.
The fight scene is 100% if The Karate Kid and The Outsiders had a baby. hahaThe Killers draw from this sort of iconography constantly. It’s fitting, as their Las Vegas origins have clearly been a huge influence throughout their discography. But none is more pure in its attempt at classic Americana than Dustland Fairytale. Its storyteller lyrics evoke unapologetic nostalgia, a desolate landscape, The Outsiders, and some kind of parable in Nevada Gothic.
Mine is The Scientist, by Coldplay
