Do IP bans (non-Account related) expire?

So I used an internet connection I have access to but don't log into Neo with to run the Lost N Pound program for ... a while

It got IP banned (which I suspected might happen, which is why I used that connection) like happens to DTI a lot lately.

Do these expire? It's more of a curiosity question, doesn't really matter if I can't use Neo on this IP just can't do more pound scans, oh well.

Australian Internet providers all have dynamic IP built into the hardware so it's pointless here.

As far as I know it doesn't but There could be a year expiry or something like that.

I must slightly disagree. Your connection type depends. A standard Bigpond connection had Dynamic IP's. Everytime you powered down you'd get a new IP. It depends on your ISP. Check it out to be sure.
