All of these posts are the best.
I don't do anything fancy... But sometimes, I add a fuck ton of sriracha. I love the pain.

Here's a weird question for you though.
Flavor packet before noodles? Or noodles and then flavor packet?

im basic so i just microwave a bowl of water for like five minutes then let the noods sit for another 5
then i drain mostly, leaving a bit of water, and mix in the sauce packet and a slice of american cheese.

simple but yummy when youre starving.

if im not starving then i wont eat package ramen because ew. im more of a pho kind of gal.

I started making my own "instant noodles". This is what I did:

    1. Buy mason jars from Walmart. I like the lowball Ball brand.
    2. Go to Little Tokyo or any other Asian supermarket and buy rice noodles, saifun, or those flat egg noodles.
    3. Pick a nice bouillon. There's cubes, gel or flavor packs. I like the miso flavor!
    4. Buy fixin's. Doesn't have to be fancy. My faves are green onion, canned peas and carrots, corn, tofu.... Can't go wrong!
    5. Cook the noodles and prepare your fixin's. When the noodles are the desired tenderness rinse them in cold water and drain. Chop tofu, green onion, etc. Take your mason jars and add the noodles, toppings, flavor pack and whatever else you want to the jars. Store in the fridge!

Whenever you want the noodles you just have to put it under the Keurig and add hot water. Or stick the jar with water in the microwave for 3 mins (MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T BUY THOSE JARS WITH METAL PIECES. ALSO, DO NOT MICROWAVE WITH THE LID!). When the jar has cooled a bit screw the lid on and give it a good shake to mix up the contents. I usually make 4-7 jars a week. I'll stick one in my bag and take it to work for a nice little snack during break. Or stick one in my daughter's diaper bag so she has a meal when we go out for extended periods. Remember they don't last forever so make sure you eat them within the same week!

Seems like a lot of work but it's not. I have a lot of fun doing it!

I feel like a basic bitch, but all I really do to mine is add ghost pepper hot sauce. My husband thinks this is terrible because it doesn't matter what flavor it is... I will add hot sauce to it x.x

Generally, I just fill a bowl with water, crush the ramen, and heat it up. I crush it for less messes when I'm eating, since it tends to splash. I usually use about half or less of the seasoning packet, and a lil bit of soy sauce. One of these days, I wanna add some eggs to my ramen. I may actually try that tonight, since I have eggs.

And my boyfriend... just eats it raw. My dad joked that he's a monster for that lmao

I just boil water, add noodles, add flavor packet and crack an egg in it. Cooks the egg and the yolk gives it more flavor. I only ever eat the chicken kind for some reason
