We called it gravedirt pie or something like that but I still to this day think it's one of the best desserts I've ever had. You can make little tombstones out of candy and add gummy worms. Honestly I'm about to start making myself a full on Halloween dessert feast.
Also last year we had jello shots in syringes and that was honestly life changing! No fuss, no mess, just drunk! That said these are so cute I could die:

Jello shots in syringes sounds AMAZING! I guess the only thing annoying would be the clean up ahahah, and then what do I need like 20 syringes for xD Those cakes are also so cute omg - I feel like jello in general is fantastic for halloween desserts just cause the colors can match pretty easily!

Those are jello shots not cakes but with a little treat on top! The syringes you'd use are made for jello shots so you'd basically clean and store them until the next time you want to make jello shots. The really nice thing about them is that on top of how easy they are to eat, loading them in is so easy. You just suck them up from of bowl of boozy jello and refrigerate. You don't have to worry about stupid little cups and pouring boiling hot jello everywhere. I don't know how I could ever make them any other way at this point.

I don't usually do much for Halloween. Leaving the house isn't feasible for many reasons, and I don't have any RL friends so parties aren't a thing either, BUUUUT...

I do give out treats to any kids who show up at my doorstep at any rate. Got your usual candy, but at the store the other day I found a package of Pokémon cards meant to be given out to trick-or-treaters too. I figure that's a fun alternative for the kids who don't want or can't have candy, and since I usually do an option like that anyway I figured why not. (Much easier than playing around with dietary restrictions at any rate.)

At least it's easy enough to sort of home-make something! Orange onesie, find a yellow pool floatie for children to toss a round your neck and maybe sew some blue bits of foam to your arms for Buizel's fins. Then you've got face paint for the face stripes.

Yeaaaaah dirt cake! I think as kids we literally called it "Worms in the Mud" ahahaha

Also my other favorite halloween treat is... all the leftover halloween candy I didn't give out lolol. It also goes on sale right after halloween so stock up after xD

I used to love worms and dirt as a kid! I completely forgot this until just now, but when I was very young I wanted that instead of a birthday cake, so my mom made a theme of it and got some cheap astroturf type stuff to put down in the basement and probably other things I'm not remembering.

I was gonna say there's tons of folks on etsy who make custom kigurumi depending on if you're willing to spend the $ but the nice thing about a custom one is it'll be high quality and custom fit, not sure if it's too late in the season now but it's worth asking around. I'm sure you'd wear it often!

Out of curiosity I started looking around to see how easy it was to DIY a kigurumi from scratch and found this adorable picture



they're so cute and round!! I might try making one one day since they seem like they're the type of ... more shapeless thing that might be a little easier than something more structured to make!
