    I Canceled Premium, But I Still Have Perks

    I canceled my premium a couple of months ago because I was planning to go on a short hiatus. I started playing again today, and found that the toolbar had not been removed. Apart from the Space Faerie scratchcards, and the monthly collectables, the SSW is still working, and I can still access the Cosmic Dome. It did not occur to me until later that there may be a possibility I'll get frozen for "taking advantage of a glitch" or whatever. Should I put in a ticket? Or did I already shoot myself in the foot?

    Firstly, have you checked your Paypal/Credit Card to make sure Neo hasn't been charging you for the months you were away?

    And it's actually become very common that when people cancel their premium, it still stays active for some time after. It can range from days, to weeks, to even months. I see on the help boards that several people have tickets in for this reason, so I don't think you'll be frozen for it.

So my Monthly Premium Subscription came to an end on the 16th November (after I had cancelled a few days before that) but I still have the Premium Toolbar and various other Premium Benefits. If I click Manage Membership it tells me I am not a member. I've checked my bank no money has been taken from me. A few Neofriends and other members on the Charter board are also in same position! I've sent a ticket as I don't want to get in trouble (because I haven't been paying for it) but it's been almost 2 months and no one has gotten back to me.     Hi, and don't worry, you can relax! We're aware it's happening, without getting into too much programming detail, we're essentially not having the system automatically remove a couple of the premium privileges, like the toolbar or boards, in an effort to make sure actual premium members do not lose those privileges. You did the right thing by sending a ticket, our team will get to it, but in the meantime don't worry, you won't get in trouble for this.
    Edit to add:

    Based on the above, I don't think you need to worry too much! There are probably a lot of others in the same boat as you. (: You could send a ticket if you're really worried, though.

    I have, and thankfully, I have not been charged since I cancelled. I heard a lot of users have had that problem.

    And that's a relief. I don't know if I'll send in a ticket or not, but either way, it's not that big of a deal.

    I experienced something similar, and it sorted itself out eventually and just went away on its own.
