Cooked this one up because there were complaints on how long AOB was taking with infinite lives.

Bit of luck required in your level layout so you may need to play through a couple of times. Prioritise hourglasses and emeralds but speed is the most important thing really, especially in the later levels. Gebs are really useful for clearing a path. If you're playing legit:
Play large screen, low quality so lag doesn't kill you. Focus on maximising your points in the first few levels, you should try and get them all (except for perhaps the fiddly ones in between roofs). In the later levels just concentrate on getting through it. Type 'kingaltador' for an extra life. You'll probably have enough to beat Chadley by the end of level 3/4 and AAA by the end of level 5/6.

Follow that guide basically, it maps out each of the puzzles for you, just copy it as quickly as you can. Play on normal mode and go quickly. You'll beat Chadley no problem but have to be quick for AAA.

If you're SSing:

That is a long time because the game takes a long time to get that high a score. It can be done quicker if you're in a hurry (though I wouldn't recommend it) but certainly don't go under 2000 seconds.

If you're playing legit:
Go slow, you need most of the possible points in the game to beat AAA. If X is the current level, there are (X-1) jubjubs on each level, make sure you get them all. Patience is a big deal in this game. Also don't forget, type 'xagam' to restore your health, once per game.

There are certain scores that will be expected in this game. You can return potions one at a time or all at once, doing it all at once earns more points. I have given 3 fixed scores today rather than a range (hence also the increased time range I've provided, they are all identical since they are scored by the same point in the game).
