i dont get why failing the review doesnt get you iced?

I mean, it will, if it's absurd enough.
But if it's moderately believable - aka, if you'd be able to argue it and say "No, I spent a valid time on the game, sent a good score, blah blah blah" - I think TNT would rather just let you get away with a failed review than auto-ice an account because of it and be stuck dealing with disgruntled account owners.

Two months ago I sent a REALLY suspicious score by accident and my account is still alive, haven't got any review answer. So, your account might survive but you won't receive a trophy, avatar or nps for that play. I even play the game legitimate now and nothing happen.

It could also be due, in part, to the site lag that's been around. Some games get better scores through the lag, so the scores aren't as fair, yet aren't the player's fault.

I can't believe they can see framerate and they check that now. Years ago on one of these neo cheat sites I had a guide for how to make fast computers lag by adjusting the power settings to get an advantage in games like Darigan Dodgeball. XD Useless now I guess.
