What I don't understand is... why freeze the account that's being used to communicate via the ticket system? If you're gonna be like that just make tickets easier to access w/o an account?? Like people have alluded to before it just gives a whole "get gone and stay gone" vibe when... you'd think with the state of the site they'd be wanting to hold on to as many players as possible lol

It doesn't help that the only way to get people to notice your ticket is to post on the forums but then you expose yourself and they refer to the number and freeze that account too! Considering how convoluted things are, especially in trading chains and multiple accounts, how do they even know they're getting things right?

For those of you that have FB, you could try and contact them there but idk how effective that would be, I just see people commenting about their tickets from time to time

It's ridiculous that Neo is sticking to the whole "kids friendly" shit when the vast majority of the current player base are adults that first started playing as kids. And there's nothing even inappropriate about that username! They need to recognize that times have changed and that yes, actually, the players are now ALSO paying customers, especially since they introduced NC. The fact that they're just doubling down on the freezings is ludicrous. Either they're delusional, stupid, or just don't care about their own site anymore.
