Awful.

I've been chain-frozen twice. Both times I had done absolutely nothing - waaaaay before my days using any kind of assist on my accounts.

I was really upset and nearly quit - especially as one account was my first ever account (main) and rammed with things that when I think about them now I have a little gulp.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Personally I'd keep on at them for an explanation but start afresh. Although the one time I did that, TNT responded with the second chain a couple of weeks later. After that, I never had another problem and ever since I have maintained that there was a glitch somewhere that caused this to happen because I know I wasn't doing anything dodgy. I genuinely don't think they investigate issues properly. That said, I am aware of people getting their accounts re-instated after such an event. Seems to depend on who looks at your enquiry.

That super sucks. I know I'd be devastated if it happened to me & would definitely need to take a break to get my mind right. That's alot of time & money :/

That being said, it might be worth fighting, especially if you don't know why it was frozen. If you didn't do anything obviously dodgy, then there's a chance that there was a mistake somewhere along the lines, or someone froze first and asked questions later. If there's no obvious thing you did that got you frozen, definitely fight it. Even if you lose some things, at least you'll get some of it back. They can't completely wipe the account. Something is better than nothing. Good luck with the recovery process, whether you choose to take a break or try and get it back!
