Sorry to hear you lost your accounts. I know exactly how it feels to be frozen after spending so much time building something up.

I do think you should submit a ticket though; I mean you can't access your things now so what have you got to lose by trying? I know you don't want to see your pets converted but personally I think it's worth the risk. You may get lucky or catch a staff member at a good time, it does happen and I have had accounts unfrozen when I didn't think it possible.

If you can't get anything back and do decide to rebuild, there are plenty of us here to assist you and I'd be more than happy to offer a helping hand

im really sorry this happened to you. i was chained a few years ago and it was devastating but i found some solace in starting all over again with a blank slate. but its understandable if you dont want to do that just yet.

Definitely know how shitty it feels to get chain frozen. Like others have said, try to salvage what you can by making tickets. I managed to recover a little more than half of my stuff so far so don't lose hope!
