    Hey if you still have access to the original email when you changed over to the new address the old email you changed from is listed on that email. I was able to get the original email for one of my accounts that way. If not I'm sorry I thought I would at least mention it though. Good luck!

I can only immagine there's others who had been playing legitimately who ended up with a high valued pet that they deemed as suspicious and were frozen for who weren't able to get their accounts back.

    Neopets should be helping users who were frozen for their protection or suspicious activity get their accounts back, not make it impossible for the original owner to provide their details to get it back. Having enough information about the account for YEARS should override the e-mail not being the same one that made the account.
    I agree with this. If I can list the current email, my NC purchases, stuff in my closet/sdb, neofriends and trade histories then Im PROBABLY the real owner and if I can�t remember the original email, I�m fucked?

    There should be other things that can be used to verify ownership of the account than the end all/be all of original email.

    I totally agree with you guys. As I have already mentioned before, I gave Tony all the info only the original owner of the account would know (all that Goddammit said and even more, like the city where the account was made in), yet this was not enough for him. I have received my account back only because I have decided not to give up & I made another ticket (this time to Alice). She didn't really have to give me any hints about my email because fortunately somehow I managed to remember it by myself. So yeah, I guess I was lucky?
    I am pretty sure though that there are plenty of people that got frozen basically for nothing and they can't get their acc unfrozen because of dumbasses like Tony.
