Yes, technically, Premium members are getting access to it in waves but the general sign up is unavailable.

I haven't checked, but they've almost certainly not been touched yet. The revamp currently is only active on a small handful of pages.

Got mine a couple days ago and I don't even know how to feel about it...

I finally got mine yesterday to experience it firsthand, and I'm so disappointed the games run poorly :/ I'm not sure if it's just on my end because I haven't seen anyone mention it, but the games run horribly laggy. I know games are hard to convert (so I've heard) so I don't want to be ungrateful, but they couldn't even convert them to the proper resolution for modern devices? I WANNA PLAY ICE CREAM MACHINE WITH MY FINGERS!

I still stand by disliking the new home screen... it's so empty and the pets are either awkwardly floating or HUGE. Maybe the other themes will look better, maybe they could eventually reintroduce neohome items into objects you could place on your homescreen, but... I won't get my hopes up. For now I'll stick with the current layout, if only because at least all the pages work.

Like the scope of what's functional is so limited and people have already said what needs to be said IMO.

That, my friend, is called being lazy and bad design thinking.
They probably don't want to go through the trouble of of adapting everything from mobile to desktop and vice-versa, so they focus on either one and just create a bigger/smaller version of that HUD they planned. I've looked at some screenshots and tbqh, the desktop version just looks like a tablet version turned sideways :|
