I wonder how much money they initially invested. Custom merch isn't cheap either. A 18 x 18 custom pillow ranges from $20 - $45 a piece (I didn't shop around too much) but you do get nice discounts most places by ordering bulk. I hope they find a way to recoup their losses after this embarrassment.
