The long and short of it is I have an account that was frozen a while back for "suspicious activity" (read: reported repeatedly by a petty user). Now, normally this would be easy enough to get back, but I haven't got access to the original email the account was created with.
As the account is legitimate, having never been cheated or botted on, I'm holding out hope that I can get it back, and would like some help writing a ticket. I can provide things like the birthday, the email that is no longer accessible, the email attached to the account that is accessible, old passwords, closet items, etc.

Goofy question, but can you even still write tickets? When I go to "help" these days, it tells me to email support directly... is that the new ticket system?

Yep, exactly that! You email (you need an account to see links) because they’re switching over to a new ticket system that’ll probably take another two year since to finish, knowing the way things go. You’ll get an automatic reply with a ticket number that you can then post on the help chat board and get pretty speedy replies.

So there's a chance too get the account back even without the orriginal email?
Youd need Alice for that but you can sometimes get it with NC transaction logs

Impossible to give it back, since my original e-mail is dead.
