I think the requirements are more than fair. While a donation to the site option seems tempting, I agree anyone could just pay the money and ruin the fun. Sad that there are people like that. I've been a lurker here for awhile and before here..that other site that I can't even remember the name of anymore. (If anyone even knows what i'm talking about) xD I take so many hiatuses from neo, but I always come back. Hopefully next year I qualify! Until then I understand the wait! GL everyone!

I still remember the team I chose in the first Altador Cup, so I'll probably regain some of my childhood by playing for them. (:
