I feel like you're being underquoted here.

This account is easily worth around 500-750 dollars.

However the issue is, you arent going to find someone who will buy that as a whole.

The account itself isnt that great, considering low avatar count/age. Lennies rule is nice though.

However just the items that you have, if you apply a rate of $2 per million, you've got an easy 300 dollars right there.

And then as Garumi puts it, Im not exactly aware of going rates for the NC prices, but they are an easy 500 dollars bunch of stuff there easily so yeah. May want to consider if you arent going to sell the items separately to expect more than just 300

KSS - I've seen some go for 55mil but those are super rare. Mostly KSS is going for 60mil now. I don't know about 70mil but I think eventually it will be so.
