    They have different IDs from what I've seen but they're consecutive e.g. item a has 2222222223 as ID the duplicate will probably have 2222222224 as ID and so on if you duplicated more than one XD

    I duplicated a few codestones (like 15) and looked at the 'obj_id' with a packet sniffer (I think that's how they're called? ) XD

    Yup it also changes when you transfer it to another user XD.
    You actually don't need a packet sniffer to do what I said, just right-click an item's image on your inventory & click inspect element "openwin(xxxxxxxxxx)" should be what you're looking for.

    Just fyi that id you are talking about means nothing , its a auto increasing value its impossible to have 2 values in a sql db of the same value when its set to auto increase.

    but all items have a hash thats not public and cant be seen by the end user... Does this method make a new hash? No idea , time will tell.


    E.g:
    I have this db

    Userid - Number - auto increasing
    username - varchar
    password - varchar

    Now I insert these values

    "rdd" , "password"
    "tnt sucks" , "password"

    rdd is user id 1 , tnt sucks is now user id 2.

    Say I then delete the above 2 usernames , and then reinsert them again. The next value is 3 , 4. It is impossible to have 2 the same even after a deletion without resetting the actual index....

    Their won't be a rollback until they fix the lag
    There's no point going back to Friday/Saturday if people can just start duping shit all over again
    Agree with Bettser, too late for a rollback
    They'll just have to find and remove the dupes manually now

    Agreed. I think the item ID is internal. But I do think they share the same ID, MAKING the dupe process easier. Just like last dupe day.
    However I do think some will get away if they mask it as being honest mistake onto a legit players account.

    As for the pure, no idea how that ones gonna be fixed. Freeze the abusing Accts, let the np that's been pumped into the econ stay... Besides pumping NP back into the econ i think was a good thing. Ppl will start spending again.
