To play devils advocate a bit... it's not too difficult to change the tone that you type in.
You can sound harsh, or kind, or whatever else you want to be depending on your word choice and such. That's an easy thing to change.

But on the other hand, I didn't see any sort of list posted up, and its now almost 11pm EST.
The pcol is so full of shit half the time anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if they "submitted" that to themselves just to post it up.
This is the person who was pushing people to submit proof proof proof about illegit people, then go and says they know a pet that I "own" and won't post said proof. lol

But in her other posts, she never says she's Simmie
if she were to post that threat, she'd want to inspire some kind of scared feeling. And in doing so, she'd make sure everyone knew it was her. I'm not buying it. This doesn't read like how her mind works.

I guess I have a weird insight because I don't know her well

tbh though, even if this was Simmie, I hope it isn't true and is just a plot to get whoever runs the outlist to spend their Saturday night refreshing for a list about "stolen" pixels that may never show up
