Space Faerie from Faerie's Hope

So Im playing (Only on like lv 60), and I need to collect the 10k NPs before I can get my Plushie.
But the thing is, last night I was at 7.5k, and today...Im back to 6.7k?
Has this happened to anyone?

Apparently the wings are only in-game (I cant read apparently...), I'd be happy with just the space faerie opponent but it was broken and I only got the plushie Dont have much hope for contacting tnt but I'll try

Oh yea sometimes that happens when certain rewards claimed end up not being "counted" or "registered". I believe it's a bug. I had it happen a few times with a few hundred coins from some reward boxes. Sorry that happened to you guys ):

Just send a ticket. Doesn't hurt and the fact that the fault lies with them (broken system), they might just award everyone that sends a ticket in with the challenger.

This has been happening to me as well.
For a few days I would look at my NP count, and I noticed that it kept taking away 300-400 NPs away from me ever so often. One night I was close to 9k, I went to bed, and when I woke to play some more, I was around 8.1k
It was such a pain!

I'm so sorry that's happening to you all. Today's the last day for the event so do your best to hit 10k by then. It's definitely possible in 1 day since I did it, keep trying!!

Seems like the virtual code redemption isn't fixed yet so you'll get the plushie but not the space faerie unless you jump through some hoops via flash on certain browsers. You might wanna hold on to the code till it gets fixed if you need the space faerie.

At the end, I didn't try the app because my pc is linux and I didn't found an android emulator.
