I asked for a password reset for an account, and they asked for the Email, when I put it, it appears "The email address you entered does not match the email address that was entered when the account was created."
So now, apparently I lost access to an account I have under my email
Was this in a ticket? Or when you went to request the password?
If it wasn't a ticket, I'd definitely submit one and see what they can do. I've never had this happen, but I know when I gave them a list of possible emails, they reset the password for me.

Not a ticket! It's in the password reset field. I tested other accounts and only this one in particular is asking for the Email, when I put it, they say it's not the email I used when I created the account.
It's so anoying because I have the email access but cannot change the password!
Sounds like your account was flagged for something.
You're going to have to submit a ticket and they're going to ask questions about the original email on the account.

It's another account, but they are asking for original email on an account I need a password reset for at the password reset field.
