    Start with SO many cuddles with my fluffy dog, then a long walk at golden hour (that light absolutely sends me), maybe some homemade popcorn (use coconut oil), and swing in the hammock while I dick around on my phone. Completely forgetting about work is the key, and of course being grateful for the things I have now that I thought I never would.

    I live in a bit of a cold state in the US in the winter and they recommend we all take vitamin D. Mine gets extremely low though so I feel that. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes when it’s not low.

    There's the obvious things for me like soft things, tea or hot cocoa, snuggling on my cat and so on. But what really helps me is my girlfriend if she's in the mental state to assist me with my own. She'll talk me through my problems, help offer solutions and then (sometimes after a good cry) will kiss me on the forehead and hold me until everything is all right again. I absolutely love this woman to pieces and don't know where I would be without her.

    When she's NOT available though I usually drown myself in video games or art until I'm fully recharged and raring to go again.

    Gratitude is honestly a huge one for me this year! Like, up until recently I thought I knew where my life was going, and was pretty disappointed and felt stuck. My future blew wide open though and since then I’ve had the chance to experience the things I thought I’d never get to! So now I just look at where I am in life and feel so grateful and fuzzy, and the small difficulties don’t matter as much.
