    I agree! I remember once being told that grounding your senses is really important when you’re stressed and especially anxious.
    It makes your mind feel less chaotic and a little more present. Usually I think we automatically assume that means to see and listen but it totally makes sense that tasting multiple flavors and identifying them while doing it would work too.

    I come home after work, shower, then cuddle up to my Ragdoll cat. She's so smooshy! Otherwise, chocolate and/or coffee help me relax. And also just being in the quiet/still after a noisy/busy day at work helps me chill.
