I assume the scoring is similar to the AC cup and an average "battle wins per player" is used somewhere. This means that on weeks with a very popular faction like the Order, lots of people pledge to fight for them and only do the 10+ battles to get the boon. But if a faction like Brutes has a couple of big battlers doing 2000+ wins, then the Brutes "battle wins per player" would beat the Order.

@(you need an account to see links) Nobody knows exactly how faction wins are calculated, but there's a chance that number of battles won per faction/team average wins has something to do with it.
