Okay. Please don't judge me. I didn't have paper so I used the back of a frozen pizza paper...and it's smol. So my bf's birthday is Oct 2nd and I make him a Pumpkin Spice cake every year because he's a basic bitch.

Edit: Actually I /did/ have paper but I spelled clraik wrong twice and didn't want you all to see my shame. And if this doesn't count, I made cookies tonight because fall puts me in a baking mood. But I wasn't sure if those counted more than a damn pumpkin spice cake lol

I'm going to make apple fritter sourdough later this week (just a mix), and then this pumpkin dip I make with pumpkin, coolwhip, cream cheese, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger. The pumpkin dip goes great with everything, you can eat it with apples, gingersnaps, pancakes, graham crackers, apple fritter sourdough...

For me, fall is all about apples and basic-bitch lattes! Since the closest Starbucks is 20 min away, it's pretty much always apples.
Introducing my go-to quick treats for a lazy Sunday or an average Tuesday: apple-cinnamon-rhubarb... pockets, I guess? These look like something straight out of my surrealistic nightmares, but the filling is soooo gooood that putting one spoonful less is borderline offensive

My friend eats gluten free so I make her Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies






The first photos were more perfect but forgot to add clraik info.
The next batch didn't turn out as cute so provided both sets of photos x)

I'll add the recipe shortly.


1 cup almond butter
1 cup raw sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Oven 350°
Cook between 12-14 minutes.
Makes about 24 cookies.

I finally left the safety of my house and got those dang cookies and how dare they only put eight in one box XD there were also only two boxes left at my local grocery wtf people calm down haha! Really good though, as yall said not too sweet and a nice soft consistency, which I look for in a cookie.

Ok so I caved and made peanut butter pie! With an oreo crumb crust. I'm currently mushing it in my mouth while I still can't chew
