I ordered them right off of hottopic.com. Just type in neopets in the search bar and they should come up. I ordered mine (I got 3) on Black Friday and they came in just over a week. Like @(you need an account to see links) said, I think they are made to order. You can get them in different colors and sizes. And the t-shirts themselves are made of a nice cotton tshirt. Hottopic is still having a 30% off right now. I don't know when that sale ends.

As a teen I hated that Hot Topic wasn't in Australia, thanks to these Neo shirts, I'm feeling that way again they're super cool
