I really can't understand what they were thinking releasing this and not upgrading their servers or whatever. It keeps baffling me.

No, it should be in the styling studio, but I'm in the styling studio and can't see the option to remove a token.

Interesting. Sorry if it’s been said before about the styling studio sets deluxe vs regular. But the deluxe lets you pick and the regular is random.
No trophies on any pet of mine, and my studio says closed still.
