I would send in a ticket. Maybe they changed their minds, or, if they did forget, you'll get lucky and get your account back.
Neopets Support, who a couple months ago, told me I would not be getting my frozen account back, just emailed me on a different support ticket to ask for my info- again - obviously forgetting our conversations from months ago.
I'm not sure how to respond to this ticket, this time, or even if I should.
Thoughts?

I've seen that on the neoboards a lot of people actually "like" Tony P. and he has given them back accounts, so you never know
It is so wild how much the support people vary in who is helpful and who isn't.
Anyways, definitely respond to the new ticket and keep in touch. If you're already frozen, what's the worst they could do lol. Crossing my fingers on you getting the account back!
