Im watching a few now: Fairy Tail, Seishun Buta, Black Clover, Irozuku Sekai no Ashita Kara, Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet.

But the one that surprised me a ton was Zombieland Saga, I didnt think id like this kind of anime but im so obsessed with it
There's so much I would like to know and theres only one episode left, that airs this thursday. Worst part is that its an original series so i cant follow a manga to know the things i want to know about...

Yeah, I'm watching it, so no spoilers plssss hahha. But, yup, it's too short.. that's cuz the manga has been very fast compared to the television program, and they had to finish it.
