They're only 100 NC on site, so usually offering 1 cap (which is worth 200 NC) is a more than fair offer.
I wouldn't go any lower than $1, though, because they aren't always buyable in the NC mall and sometimes people seek them desperately after everyone else has bought up the current stock. xD

Should be around 250-300k so like .50 cents if you were to sell it on here.
If I remember right, I saw one go through the auctions for around 2-2.5mil, but it didn't have any bids. It may have been a different plushie MP though, so don't hold me to that.
