The Neopets site's ability to validate captchas bugs out occasionally, @(you need an account to see links), so our program slows down a bit and tries to ride it out. If it doesn't bounce back, then we automatically stop in order to prevent flooding the site with requests. If you wait a bit, then schedule a new play session, it should pick up again. Other than that, we're at the mercy of Neopets on this one!

can't see your image but if it appears on white with no scores and no time then I am having the same issue.
