So, I've been randomly logged out often on this last weeks, maybe once every 3 days.
I changed my password, cleaned cookies and it still happens. Needless to say this is annoying and often gives me a little heart attack.
Does anyone else get logged out of their accounts too?
Should I be worried? is it normal? help?

Happened to me a couple times like that in the day then all of a sudden my acct got iced lol
This has been happening to me as well. Ive changed my passwords, emails, email passwords, pins etc and I still get logged out while Im actively browsing.
I do use my phone for neo sometimes but never at the same time, so Im not logging myself out.

Not sure if this is still an issue, but for a long time, you'd randomly appear to get logged out of neo. Refreshing the page usually fixed the issue when I experienced it.
Forgot to add the not to scare you or anything part :p
I can't say the same is happening to me :/
Did you check to see whether the email registered to your account is the same?
