When the reason you were frozen was they say you scammed someone?

My main was recently frozen for that reason and when I tried to tell my side they mass froze all my accounts (it was only 1 side).

I was wondering if anyone has gotten an account back like this and how they went about it.

WTF? people actually get frozen over that now? Did the other user report you or something? I thought this was something people could get away with as long as they did it in secret and the trade goes through no problem? =/

Got chain frozen for the same thing a year or so back. It went from tony saying that I took advantage of an onsite glitch and there was 0 possibility my accounts will be returned to, "I scammed someone out of their items/neopoints/pets etc" or some shit. Still have no fucking clue what I actually did seeing as how that was my legit main and side accounts that I played on with my own IP (proxies for all others).

I submitted so many tickets and Tony seemed to go out of his way to immediately (literally within the hour) to respond to my ticket with some stark comment about how there is absolutely no chance I will get my accounts back (all of course while completely avoiding my only question: What the fuck did I do?)
I just gave up after about 10 back to back emails between me and Tony.

LOL I got a similar thing happen to one of my older accounts. Told me there was no chance of unfreezing my account, but I was free to make a new account... It almost feels like whatever side of the bed he wakes up on determines if he unfreezes or not.
