I haven’t had Tony P answer my tickets before. I know he handled many of them, years ago. Lately I’ve had Alice and a few others thankfully. Trying to gather a few tickets to put in for different reasons. I wonder if different people handle different issues. Like frozen accounts vs other issues.

Can I ask what a general time frame was for a response? I submitted a ticket through the site and it's been like a month so far. I'm fine to wait if thats normal, but wondering if its worth submitting another ticket/emailing directly?
I'm trying to get a main back that was frozen for botting, so all the info on this thread has been super helpful, thanks everyone.
i miss the days when you could email TNT's personal work accounts directly. never worked out for me, but there was a bit of novelty there haha.
pop your ticket number on either the highway to help board (on the help neoboard in game) or their social media.
mine was unassigned for 25+ days, got assigned soon after posting on their board.
obviously depends how you want to go about it.

submit tickets through the jumpstart help website thing.
create an account with different contact emails if you are submitting multiple tickets for different accounts.
there is no logout button on the helpdesk website.
use these:
(you need an account to see links) to logout
(you need an account to see links) to prompt a log in/or sign up and view your current requests - last time ticket was updated, who they are assigned to, etc.!
got those links by trawling the help boards and googling zendesk issues, both been lifesavers.

What can I answer here?Sorry but the account xxx was frozen for autobuying. Due to the length of time it has been frozen, all notes made at the time of the account being frozen are no longer available which sadly means we have to go by the freeze reason only and in the case of your account it means we wouldn't be able to unfreeze the account.

This is an empty account only with Pets I made during the Purge, no items or NP should be on there, and I def. did not autobuy there, but I really like that Account back. Can you help me?
Alice sent me a similar response. We had a few back-and-forths and she wouldn't budge. Like, at all. Tony had flagged that particular account of mine when he was still with TNT and despite the notes being "lost" she was very firm in not listening to me and siding with him.
There's multiple "Alices" so if one says no, you can probably wait a while and try again later. I'd also use some caution in revealing too much info from your ticket/correspondences with them.
